Common questions
How do I add people?
You can pick people from your contacts when you first set up Keepsake, or add anyone by hand at any time. Only the names and photos you choose are ever imported.
How do reminders work?
Keepsake watches the moments you have saved and the birthdays in your calendar, then sends a gentle notification ahead of time. Make sure notifications are enabled for Keepsake in your phone’s settings.
Can I use voice notes privately?
Yes. When you speak a note, the audio is transcribed right on your phone and never uploaded. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
How do I export or delete my data?
You can delete any person, clue, moment, or idea from within the app, and you can delete your whole account. For an export, or for help with a deletion you cannot complete in the app, email privacy@thebytestack.com.
What do I need to run Keepsake?
Keepsake is built for iPhone. Keep the app and your iOS up to date for the best experience.
